1. Tax

If you live in a state that does not collect sales tax, you may still see a calculated tax if your order is shipped to another state that does. If any of the factors affecting the calculation of sales tax change between the time you place your order and the time your credit card is charged, the amount of tax shown on your order may differ from the final sales tax charged. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax amount, which includes state and local taxes. The state sales tax rate consists of a base rate and a mandatory local rate, which is collected directly from city and county tax officials. The total sales tax rate may vary depending on the local jurisdiction. If you are a tax-exempt organization or dealer, you may apply for tax exemption with Eclife.com. Once you have completed the application, please send the completed form to service@eclife.com for review.

 

 

2. Free-Shipping

 

We try to provide budget-friendly home choices for every family, and we offer free shipping regardless of the order amount, except for remote areas such as Hawaii and Alaska. Please note: Return shipping costs not caused by quality issues are not included in the free shipping policy, please contact us at service@eclife.com for details.

 


3. Shipping Address

 

(1) Shipping address is within the United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

(2) We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

 


4. Shipping Methods

 

All products are shipped primarily by FedEx or truck.

 


5. Delivery time

 

We usually ship within 24 hours of placing your order, but it may take longer. All estimated times are based on business days. If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. Once payment is received, items are usually shipped the next business day. Delivery time is usually within 5 days, depending on your destination and shipping company. If any shipment is not completed or shipped after the label is created, shipments older than 5 business days have the option to cancel the order or receive a partial refund. Please see the Return Policy for details. Order processing will be delayed in the event of force majeure. Nevertheless, weather permitting, your order will be processed quickly.Eclife.com will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged during transportation. However, products may be damaged in transit from the warehouse shipping facility to your home or business. If an item is damaged in transit, please select the appropriate item in "My Orders" and request a refund or return within 3 business days of receiving the package. Please note any visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or operational damage (system not working), take digital photos, and provide Eclife with detailed proof of damage, which will help us process your order for a refund.

 


6. Unpacking and Overpacking

 

To avoid rejection in the event of an exchange or return, we recommend that you keep the carton of your product in as pristine a condition as possible. Please fold the box flat and store it properly until you are sure the product is right for you.

 


7. Rejection

 

If you refuse an order at the time of delivery, please let us know and we will be happy to exchange it for another product that better fits your space. In this case, we will not charge an additional shipping fee, only the difference in price between the products will be charged or refunded. Otherwise, refused orders will be treated as returns. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, you will receive a refund for the price of the item minus a $50 return shipping fee. Additionally, refunds may be delayed if we do not receive a rejection notice from you. If an item is rejected due to damage or defect, please send us photos so we can review and resolve the issue faster.
