 (1) 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

 

     Your space should feel perfect, so we offer a 7-day return policy on defective orders. If you think your piece isn't quite right, we understand how you feel, and we are here to help you. You can initiate a return within 7 days of shipment. For orders that do not meet the 7-day return policy, the customer will bear the return cost caused by non-quality problems(Returns for subjective reasons such as mismeasurement, choosing the wrong color, and so on) In this case, please contact us via. service@eclife.com and we will work with you to find the best solution.

 

 

 (2) Return Guidelines

 

①Step 1: Confirm with us

Please contact us at service@eclife.com with the item you wish to return, the order number, and the reason for the return. If there is a quality problem, please provide some pictures of defective parts for confirmation.


②Step 2: Ship items back, or do not need to

If your return is accepted, we will provide a warehouse address or send you a prepaid label to assist you with the return. In most cases, products with damaged problems do not need to be returned, and we will issue a refund directly. Please do not mail the product back to the original address, we will provide you with a return label or return warehouse address to assist you with the return. (But If it is your own subjective reason for the return, we don't bear the return fee.)


③Step 3: Get your money back quickly and easily

Refunds are quick and easy with our handy customer service team and will be returned to your payment account within 5 business days.

 


 (3) Return Conditions


Please check the item as soon as possible after you receive it, if the item is defective, damaged, or received in error, please contact us immediately at service@eclife.com so that we can help you solve the problem faster. If you need to return the goods, please submit the return application to us within 7 natural days after receiving the goods, otherwise Eclife will refuse to accept the return. To ensure a successful return, the returned item should be in the same condition as when it was received: unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns without a return authorization. Please contact us after sending the returned product to expedite the refund process. Returned products should be shipped within 7 days of the return authorization or the return window will close after the deadline.

 


(4) Return Fee


Eclife.com offers a 7-day return policy for quality reasons, we will cover any return costs incurred within 7 days of the defective product being shipped, but please try to keep the product and its packaging intact. For orders that do not meet the 7-day return policy, the customer will bear the return cost caused by non-quality problems(Returns for subjective reasons such as the mismeasurement, choosing the wrong color, and so on) The exact amount will be communicated to youonce a return label is provided by our customer service team. Return labels for Eclife.com and details of their charges are provided by carriers. If you need, we can provide the corresponding price proof.

 

 

2. Refund


Once the item is back in our warehouse, our team will inspect it. If it is in its original state, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. It can take up to 5 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
