6. Do I have to pay for the delivery?

 

All orders at Eclife.com are free of delivery charges.

 

 

7. When will the shipment be delivered?

 

Delivery will take place within 24 hours after you have finalized your plan. The delivery time depends mainly on the quantity of products you choose and the quality of the products.

 

 

8. What is the shipping method?

 

Depending on your plan, the products may be delivered via FedEx, UPS, or truck.

 

 

9. What payment methods are supported?

 

Paypal or Credit card.

 

 

10. Do I need to pay sales tax?

 

Yes, by local and governmental laws, we will charge you sales tax. If you have any proof of tax exemption or eligibility, please contact us via service@eclife.com.

 

 

11. How can I cancel the order?

 

If the product has not been shipped, we can cancel the order for you directly without any charge. After we have agreed to the cancellation request, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3-7 working days. If the product has already been dispatched, we will attempt to issue a recall of the product to the carrier, and if the recall fails, you will be required to assist us in returning the product. You will be responsible for the costs incurred in the delivery of the product. After our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned product, we will refund the remaining amount (payment amount minus delivery charges) to your original payment method.

19. Are the packages delivered together or separately?

 

Depending on the warehouse where the products you ordered are located, we will plan the most suitable logistics program for you. We will try to ensure that your products are delivered together.

 

 

20. How long is the warranty?

21. Can I purchase an extended warranty?

24. What if my item/ package arrives WITHOUT installation instructions?

 

I'm sorry to hear that, please send the SKU and order number of the product you purchased to me via. Service@eclife.com, we will reply to you within 2 working days.

 

 

25. How can I load the invoice?

 

You can download the invoice by clicking on "My Account" - "My Orders".

 

 

26. Why hasn't my refund arrived?

 

Please note that once the warehouse receives your item, it may take up to 7 days for us to process your order and refund. Depending on the card issuing bank, it may take up to 5 days for the refund to show up in your account.

 

 

27、Why didn't I receive a reply e-mail?

 

Our customer service team will respond to your email within 24 hours, if you do not receive a response, please check your email blocking settings to prevent our emails from being blocked or going to the spam folder.
