1. What is the coupon?

A coupon code is an alphanumeric sequence that users of Eclife.com can use to get a discount.  

2. How to get coupons?

• Points Redemption: Use the points in your account to redeem coupons. Points can be exchanged for coupons of different amounts and different usage requirements.
• Promotions: At Eclife.com, we will carry out promotions from time to time and issue coupons in different forms. Please pay attention to our notice.

3. How can I use the coupons?

Upon entering the final checkout page, the system will match and deduct the highest available coupon for the current order by default. You can also change other available coupons by "Replace" and "Delete" respectively.

4. Why did the coupon not work?

• This coupon may have expired or has been used on a previous order.
• Only one coupon can be used per order.
• Some coupons are only applicable to specific products.
• Coupons may not apply to limited-time sales or clearance items.
• There may be prerequisites for the use of a coupon code, such as a minimum purchase or a specified maximum savings amount.
