Eclife.com orders will not be subject to tariffs.

3. Collections

We will charge you when you place your order. If you cancel your order for any reason before it is processed and shipped, you will receive a full refund.

4. What should I do if my credit card is rejected?

If you are having trouble making a payment with your credit or debit card, the payment being declined may be due to one or more of the following reasons:

(1) Credit Card

- The cardholder's name and address do not match the billing information. We require you to use a credit or debit card issued by a U.S. bank or financial institution, otherwise your card is not authorized to make international payments (Eclife.com transactions are made in the United States).

- Your credit card has reached its limit for online transactions.

- The transaction page times out.

- Leave the page before completing the checkout process.

(2) PayPal

 - The transaction page has timed out.

- Leave the page before completing the checkout process.

- Your PayPal account has insufficient funds or is not linked to a second option such as a bank account or credit card.
